The Investor Readiness Program is designed for high potential climate-focused startups looking to raise seed investments. It is a 13-week program which prepares entrepreneurs to meet investors’ conditions and raise capital faster.
The education component provides founders information about the investing process and supports their investment readiness by focusing on how to attract investors and the criteria that investors use to assess investments opportunities.
The education program also includes one-on-one support through our partnership with the Mentor Capital Network (MCN). MCN helps mission-driven entrepreneurs build sustainable enterprises by offering a detailed and constructive analysis of their business model, connections to mentors and opportunities to connect with peers from around the world.
The investability component is designed to help startups develop the processes and documentation required to attract and successfully persuade investors. It includes one-on-one support to build a bespoke financial model, develop a valid financial budget, onboard to online accounting and other software and practice financial analysis.
The presentability component helps founders effectively present opportunities. The program deconstructs the pitch to focus on fundamentals to help founders address the tough questions from prospective impact investors. With the prior established pillars of Education and Investability, the founders will speak the language of investors and know the pathway to getting one (or several) “Yes”.
